Securing Your Date..

  • A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of 20% of the total cost of services are required to reserve your desired date.

  • Please note that we can only guarantee the reservation of dates and makeup times once we receive both the signed contract and the retainer payment.

Cancellation Policy..

  • Cancellations must be made sixty (60) days before your reserved date. In the event of a cancellation after this timeframe, you will be responsible for paying the full amount of services as outlined in your contract.

  • Please be aware that all retainers paid for scheduled dates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Bridal Preview..

  • A Bridal Preview is an integral part of our service and a non-negotiable step before your wedding date.

  • This component is thoughtfully included in your bridal cost, allowing us to work closely with you and ensure your desired look is achieved, leaving you with confidence and excitement for your special day.

Travel Fees..

  • Travel within 25 miles of Williamsville, NY, is complimentary. For locations outside this radius, a mileage fee of $2.00/mile (both ways) will apply. Any parking, valet, or toll fees incurred will be included in the final bill and should be settled on the day of the event, before the artist's departure.

  • We recommend booking our services well in advance, especially for popular wedding seasons or dates. The earlier you secure your date, the better we can accommodate your needs.

Payment Schedule..

  • After completing the contract, a 20% retainer is due. We will send an invoice upon receipt.

  • The final payment is due one week (7 days) before your wedding date, and a reminder invoice will be sent ten days prior to ensure timely payment.
