cancellation policy..
For all standard appointments, including facials and other individual services, any cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled service or no-shows will incur a 50% charge of the total service price. We appreciate your understanding.
For in-suite Event Makeup and Bridal Previews, we kindly ask for a 72-hour cancellation notice to avoid a 50% charge of the service price. Please note that all day-of bridal services are subject to the terms outlined in your contract, and you can find detailed cancellation information there.
If you anticipate being late for your appointment, we kindly ask that you call us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
